Corporate Governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. It involves a set of relationships between a company’s management, its board, and stakeholders EPSE is mainly led by the Board of Directors and has a strong accountability system in making strategic decisions, evaluating results and providing strategic directions.

The Executive Board is composed of three sub-committees. They are:

1. Oil Terminal Construction and Logistics Services of Djibouti and other neighboring countries.
2. Financial Management Effectiveness Monitoring Sub-Committee and
3. Project implementation sub-committees constituted.
