EPSE participate in various sectors to meet social and environmental challenges. The main social and
environmental issues of the organization are:-

1. Participating in the Green legacy program, it is contributing to prevent and reduce carbon emissions.
2. Providing water bono services to the communities living in the depot area,
3. Provide financial and material support to women and the disabled.
4. Raises and educates 34 children and teenagers whose mother and father died of HIV-AIDS. Currently
   3 children studying university.
5. Contributing health insurance pays every year to elderly receive treatment to creating a healthy
   society.
6. Renovating the homes of the underprivileged;
7. Provide financial support to those displaced by security problems and affected by drought in various
   regions of the country
